01About
I am a researcher in the Department of Neurosurgery at Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, Beijing. My work centers on neuro-oncology — the biology and treatment of malignant brain tumors.
My research spans the glioblastoma tumor microenvironment and tumor evolution, epigenetic mechanisms and emerging therapies for diffuse midline glioma, engineered tumor-treating-fields delivery, and molecular imaging of gliomas — combining bench experiments, single-cell and spatial multi-omics, and clinical data.
Before joining PUMCH in 2024, I trained in clinical medicine at Nanjing Medical University (2019–2024).
02News
- Jul 2026 Our work on a ferroptosis-resistant myeloid niche in glioblastoma is out in Cancer Letters.

03Research
Glioma microenvironment & evolution
How myeloid niches, endothelial–macrophage crosstalk, and copy-number events (e.g. chr7 gain) shape glioblastoma progression, studied with single-cell and spatial multi-omics.
Emerging therapies
Epigenetically targeted strategies for H3K27M diffuse midline glioma and engineered intracranial delivery of tumor treating fields (ICE-TTF).
Imaging & clinical outcomes
[18F]FET-PET for dissecting glioma heterogeneity, brain metastasis mechanisms, and outcome studies grounded in clinical cohorts.
